Any dispute which cannot be resolved through such conciliation within 15 days or such extended period as the parties may agree shall be finally settled in accordance with provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to the "Act") and any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof. The appointment of the sole arbitrator shall be in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Rules. Such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted only at Bengaluru. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator shall have powers to award and/or enforce specific performance. The arbitration award shall be final, and judgement thereupon may be executed in any court having jurisdiction over the parties or application may be made to such court for a judicial acceptance of the award and an order of enforcement, as the case may be.
Subject to resolving disputes by way of arbitration, the Courts of Bengaluru alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to decide disputes.
This website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
